(5) Landlord & Tenant All details from landlords are held on our website for 1 month (but can be extended for a further fee). We hold no responsibility for Landlord and (potential) tenant meetings or any external communications between landlord and (potential) tenant. All disputes that arise between a landlord and tenant that have used our service are to be resolved solely by the landlord and tenant. We hold no responsibility for any disagreements or disputes that may arise throughout a tenancy term. At no point are we to be deemed liable for any damages or expenses incurred due to a landlord/tenant dispute. (6) Invalid registrations If it is found that a property has been registered for any reason other than to find tenants, the property will be removed from our website. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any rental advert until further notice if it is deemed by us that a registration has been placed within our services under misleading circumstances. If you have registered for any of our services either in error or by trying to mislead us and you have already paid for the service, you will not be offered a refund. It is the landlords’ responsibility to insure that his/her property is fit and able to be rented and we take no reponsibilty for the landlords property or state of property (7) Partner sites If it is found that any of our partner sites are having technical difficulties and/or we are unable to send your property details to them for reasons out of our control, we will endeavour to forward them on as soon as possible. We will not accept liability under any circumstances for their technical difficulties. Postcodes which are provided by the landlord are used to identify properties on external sites used on this website and on our partner sites. We will no be held reponsible if the postcode provided cannot by found by any system and/or the post code is not registered with Royal Mail. we will also not accept liabilty if the post code cannot be used by our partners for any reason. We will also not accept responsibilty if any of our partner sites reject properties forwarded on from our site and no refund will be given under these circumstances. We do offer refunds when a landlord is not happy with our service or valid issues have been raised regarding our service within 24 hours. If for whatever reason a refund is requested after the 24 hour notice period then a refund will not be offered under no circumstances.
